Rita Wagner has brought her cards in before. I wish she would do it more often as she talks about the cards she does and describes them with such detail I would love to put them on my site. She does a lot with her Cricut machine and Spellbinders as well as using stamps. She's so versatile and creative. Thanks Rita.

If any of you remember I mentioned a customer of mine who had to have her hand removed and I requested if you could find some time to please send her a card in care of my store. Well Francis came in to visit me a couple times recently and was so touched with the cards she has received to date. Many thanks to those of you that sent their regards. Here are just a couple cards she brought in.

Faye Dykstra enjoys doing embroidery on cards and you can see how talented she is in this area. Faye recently got a Cuttlebug and you can see in the pictures she is starting to use them on her cards. Nice work Faye, thanks for sharing.

Cathy Blair has been on the site before. I don't see her that often as she lives out of town but when she comes in the store she always brings me some of the projects or pages she has worked on. She keeps her hand in various techniques and as you can see in her pictures she has some amazing ideas.

Anne Collins has been on the site before on our Pergamano page. As you can see she does amazing work on other techniques and cards. You must take the time to go to the pergamano page and see the truly outstanding cards she does with my favourite technique. Thanks for sharing Anne!

Terry has not brought in many of the cards she has made but when she does I get quite excited to see them and take pictures for the site. Terry likes a wide range of stamp lines and always brings me in cards made with stamps I don't currently carry. She gets them in Florida when she travels down in the winter months. Thanks Terry.

Shelley Shaubel is a regular in the store and is into stamping and scrapbooking. You never know what she is going to bring in to show us. Between her daughter being so photogenic and Shelley a great photographer the scrapbook pages she brings in are truly beautiful. Check out her pages below.

Pat McLean's butterflies on the 2 cards were coloured with a new product called Mica Gloss. The background of these cards is done with distress inks. Her palm tree card has an embossed background of various embossing powders and the sand effect was done with a new product in the store called "Mudd Puddles". Pat loves to try out new products.

Pat McLean has had a lot of work posted on our site in the past and she continues to bring in some of her little masterpieces. Pat enjoys Pergamano, working with Copic Markers and will try any technique and product on the market. The following is some her amazing work.

Jeanette Robertson is one of my distant customers from New Brunswick. Poor Jeanette doesn't have any stores out her way that carry nice papers or even stamps for that matter, so I regularly get an email from her requesting supplies for her card making. She likes the monochromatic look as you can see from her card. She did a lovely job with her Penny Black stamp. Thanks for sharing your talent, Jeanette.

I'm sure most of you remember my sister Darlene who worked at the store a few years ago. Well, Dar has developed her own special cards that she has been selling to people all over town and as far away as Toronto. Orders for her cards are coming in fast and furious. Her cards are one of a kind that is a type of box gift and she uses 3 D's or whatever customers want on the top. She even did a card with a papoose on the top. You can see from the pictures what the card looks like completed. The handyman's belt was Keith's birthday card. The little romper set was for a new baby boy that she put on top of another box card. Leave it to my sister to be original.

Karen Lombarczki has so much talent in many different areas of card making. You will probably guess when you see her cards that she owns a Cuttlebug and loves to use it whenever possible. I'm sure you'll see much more of her work on our site in the future.

Joan LeBlanc is a good friend as well as a talented card maker. The unique thing about Joan making her cards is her husband is right there helping her with ideas or even just cutting the papers and stamping. How cool is that having your mate share your passion for cardmaking. Hats off to you Rollie and Joan!!!

Janice Sammut is my occasional part-timer. She is a retired school teacher and has fallen in love with the 3D sheets that you punch out to make cards. This is an easy product to work with. Just take out the pre-cut images from the sheet you purchase and from the biggest on the bottom to the smallest on the top they are layered with foam pop dots in between to give that 3D effect. We have a very large variety in the store and Janice makes cards and then her daughter sells them in Toronto to friends, co-workers and even has them in craft shows to sell. With most sheets you can get 3 beautiful cards. As you can see below her cards are stunning.
