COPIC MARKERS IN SCRAPBOOKING

Everyone knows Sue at the store and how versed she is in Copic Markers, having taken a special course and being certified as a teacher. In 2 pictures below Sue does very different techniques. The 1st picture shows how she drew out her design on the top half of the scrapbook page and then coloured it with her Copics. The 2nd picture was done by taking her sepia picture and just colouring in Anna's sweater with the Copics. Two different techniques and both such amazing results.

Graphic 45

This is a new paper company to Stamplicity that my girls have encouraged me to pursue. Very different papers but quite popular to scrapbookers as well as papercrafters. These papers work well for collage and ATC's (artist trading cards). If those of you who make ATC's don't know about this paper you're going to be quite excited when they become part of our stock. The following pictures were taken at their amazing booth in California.

Bryan & Sandy Hann

Many of you either know or have heard of our friends from the states, Bryan and Sandy Hann. Their daughter got married last April and we were invited so of course I had my camera ready. I wanted to do something special for the family and I can't really believe it myself, but I got an album done for them for Christmas. They were tickled with it but all I am left with are the pictures I took of the pages. As I am not very fond of journaling this was a fun album for me to do as I couldn't journal very much not knowing who the people were in the pictures. Here's something ironic! The bride's name is Andrea (nickname Andie) and the groom's name is Andrew (nickname Andy). Andrew's last name is England and that's where he came from when he moved to the states to marry Andie. The best man's name was Andy and one of the bridesmaid's name was Sandy. Talk about confusing!!!

PAULINE'S PAGES

The colouring of the flowers on these pages was done with Alcohol Copic Markers. The images were stamped in black with Brilliance Graphite Black Pigment Ink. Brenda, Janice and I had our class with Sue who is now cerified as a Copic Marker teacher. After the class I went right to work on doing this page. Very easy to blend with and the markers are out of this world. We all loved working with this medium. Check out the "Classes" page on the site to see the details of Sue's class. By the way the pictures are all current of our 7 grandchildren!
