I have carried Quilling tools and kits in the store for many years now. The kits are so easy to work through you can self teach yourself this simple craft. We do teach a class on the fringing technique of quilling and very soon Cuttlebug is bringing out different dies to cut your fringing paper so that you don't even need to buy the tool to fringe. Stay tuned as we will be getting quite a few new kits in the store. Check out the pictures to see the roses that you can make with simple strips of paper.

Janice Sammut is one of my parttime ladies and although she loves to stamp she is so hooked on the 3D cards she is constantly looking for new designs to work on.

Here are just a couple cute ideas for some Christmas favours to decorate your dinner table. Sandy brought them to show me, she got them from the club she belongs to in California. They are just the right size to put a chocolate bar into. Keep it in mind for next Christmas.

This card was done by Brenda as an anniversary card for her parents. She used coloured pencils and gamsol which we will be selling in our store in the near future. Gamsol is a great liquid for blending Prisma coloured pencils. She will be developing a class with this technique.

We've been working hard at the store to display as many Christmas card samples as possible. The following are some samples from stamp companies such as Hampton Arts, Penny Black and Northwoods. Techniques include embossing, colouring with glitter gel pens and pearl-ex, using a nested pine tree Spellbinder diecut, 3d stickers from Best Creations, stickles glitter glue, and fun flock on Santa. If you want to know in particular how a card was done just email us at stamplicity@bellnet.ca

Stacked class & Peel sticker sheets have become so popular at my store I am continually placing orders to keep up with the demand. To add to this, the company I order from just keeps bringing out more designs. As you can see by using just a 3d stacked image and some class and peel border or corner stickers really completes a card. To add a classy look to your card we have many different colours of metallic cardstock to use as mats which I understand from customers are hard to find anywhere else. The following pictures are just a few of the designs I carry in the store. You really have to visit us to see many more samples.

The cards on this page are what you would see in the store if you came to visit. If at any time you have questions about how a card was made don't hesitate to contact us for the information. As long as they are not class related we would be happy to share our knowledge with you on which products were used etc.

It was mentioned on the "Stamping, Scrapbooking Products" page about the 3D image pages we carry in the store. Our inventory grows larger all the time as this is a hot product with many card makers. The 3D image once completed, along with metallic papers and gold or silver class and peel stickers make a lovely card that is easy to put together and anyone would be happy to receive. Most image sheets carry at least 2 different images which will make 2 cards. You must visit the store to see all the designs we have.

I recently celebrated another birthday and enjoyed receiving my cards from customers and friends. Thanks to all who took the time to send me well wishes.

Stampendous has put out some neat clear sets in the last year. I think Brenda is hooked on them as she developed a class in the spring "101 WAYS TO USE A FUNNY BUNNY" and now she has requested me to order their new Halloween and Snowman sets. They were introduced at the retailer convention in July and I hope to have them in the store soon. Brenda coloured the card with copic markers. Another one of her new favourite mediums to colour with.

This card was so easy to make. Stamp the little knight from Stampendous on the bottom right side of the card. You can see which one that is by the full image with the red heart.
Then you put a mask over that image and stamp another image above the first one but slightly on top of the masked one. Continue doing that until you fill the card with more images always masking any ones you are stamping over. Once you have all your images stamped you can colour them in with coloured pencils. Janice did this card and she stamped one more knight on another metallic silver cardstock, cut it out and popped it on top of the original first one to make it stick out. She added the red heart as the final touch by stamping the knight again on red mirrored cardstock, cutting just the heart out and gluing it to the knight. Cute card!

This card looks difficult to make but the cuts and folds are so easy you will be amazed how quick you can put this card together.

This embossing folder was made from scratch by Brenda from the folder kits put out by Cricut. Brenda took the image of the bride and groom from the Cricut cartridge "Stretch your Imagination" Very easy to do...get your image into the Cricut machine, put the special material on a really sticky mat and cut it out. Carefully put the positive and negative on the folder and you can see the card that Brenda designed. Brenda was impressed on how easy it was to do!
