SPECIAL 3S PARTIES

Every year when the better weather starts to show itself we hold a special event for our 3 "S" members to show them how much we appreciate their commitment to shop at our store.   Everyone spent a nice Friday evening visiting with other crafters. We offered 3 very different make and takes for everyone, 2 contests and a raffle for a door prize where the money will go to support our charity, cancer.  As well, everyone got some goodies for the bag we gave them.  In addition, any of the members were allowed to bring their treasures to sell at our garage sale.  We served a nice meal  and had birthday cake as there were a few of the ladies celebrating birthdays.  Below are some pictures to share.  Now another scrapbook page to do!

We held a Christmas party for our 3 "S" members and many of them enjoyed make and takes, refreshments and special discounts.  As well we asked all the attendees to take a few of our past store Christmas sample cards and to write a short verse inside either for our Canadian soldiers overseas or our local nursing home residents.  Everyone enjoyed themselves and we were able to send 136 cards overseas and 50 to the local homes.  The following are some pictures of the make and takes that were done and the ladies working on the cards.
